España Huelga Vueling, Air Nostrum y de controladores aéreos. Renfe establece un transporte alternativo por carretera para los trenes de Media Distancia entre Ourense y Santiago.
Los tripulantes de cabina de Vueling, que pertenecen al sindicato Stavla, mantenien las huelgas que seguirán teniendo lugar todos los viernes, domingos y lunes hasta el 31 de enero de 2023.
La Sección Sindical de ASETMA en Air Nostrum ANEM ha convocado una huelga que se ha iniciado desde el 23 de enero, prolongándose hasta febrero y marzo, que afectará a todos los trabajadores de los centros de ANEM.
La huelga se ha convocado para el turno de mañana durante las dos primeras horas laborales y en el turno de tarde a partir de las dos últimas horas en todos los centros de ANEM.
Renfe establece un transporte alternativo por carretera para los trenes de Media Distancia entre Ourense y Santiago. Al encontrarse la circulación suspendida entre O Irixo y Lalín, en la vía convencional que une Ourense y Santiago de Compostela, Renfe ha establecido un plan alternativo de transporte por carretera para facilitar el transporte a los viajeros, hasta que finalicen los trabajos para dar vía, que lleva a cabo Adif, y se recupere la normalidad del servicio.

Italy Transport strikes and Italy petrol stations to strike on 25-26 January
Italy’s petrol stations are to hold a strike on 25 and 26 January.The two-day strike action was confirmed on Thursday after the latest round of unsuccessful talks between the government and unions representing Italy’s gas stations.
The strike will commence at 19.00 on Tuesday 24 January and will last for the subsequent 48 hours, reports state broadcaster RAI News, and will also affect self-service pumps.
Allow extra time for travel and ensure sufficient reserves of fuel during the affected period.
All of the strikes that have been confirmed so far are regional or local, which means that while they are still annoying, they are not anticipated to have a significant negative impact.

Georgia Entry requirements

Malawi Update on the cholera outbreak

Perú Actualización situación inseguridad país y cierres aeropuertos
El gobierno de Perú ha prorrogado el toque de queda permanente en el departamento de Puno durante 10 días más a partir del 24 de enero. La restricción, que estará en vigor desde ahora hasta al menos el 3 de febrero, obliga a todos a permanecer dentro de sus casas de 20:00 a 4:00 horas. Hay excepciones para quienes compren productos vitales, necesiten atención médica y los trabajadores necesarios.

Perú Update on country’s insecurity situation and airport closures
The Peruvian government has extended the permanent curfew in the department of Puno for a further 10 days from 24 January. The restriction, which will be in force from now until at least 3 February, obliges everyone to stay indoors from 8pm to 4am. There are exceptions for those buying vital goods, needing medical care and necessary workers.
In view of the violence, the authorities have also temporarily halted operations at Cusco’s Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ). In response to the protest activity, the airport has periodically closed and reopened.
In addition, Juliaca’s Inca Manco Capac International Airport (JUL) remains closed as a result of deadly riots earlier this year; according to authorities, this closure will last until at least early February.
Arequipa’s Alfredo Rodrguez Balln International Airport (AQP) is also closed as a result of fighting there. There is a possibility of further airport closures throughout the country.
The tourist destination of Machu Picchu, the Inca Trail, and rail services have all been temporarily suspended due to the ongoing turmoil. Se requiere pauta completa de vacunación (dos vacunas) para poder acceder al país. En caso contrario, se debe presentar resultado negativo de la prueba Reacción en Cadena de la Polimerasa (PCR) en tiempo real o prueba ELISA o de antígeno para COVID-19, realizada en periodo no mayor a setenta y dos (72) horas antes del ingreso al país.
