El próximo 10 de abril entrará en vigor en San Sebastián la ordenanza de Espacio Público que limitará a 25 el número de viajeros que podrán circular en grupo por la ciudad.

La ordenanza de Espacio Público también establece un horario específico para la prestación de servicios de guía turísticos, que será desde las 08:00 horas hasta las 23:00 horas.

Así, a partir del 10 de abril, toda aquella empresa de guías turísticos que quiera realizar una visita en la vía pública de San Sebastián, deberá presentar una “Declaración Responsable” que se podrá realizar online. Este documento podrá ser requerido por los agentes de la guardia municipal al guía del grupo, quien deberá presentarlo. En el caso de no disponer de él, se les podrá sancionar con multas de entre 750 euros y los 1.500 euros.
