The new measure that entered into force today, 7 December, maintains the existing rules of 30 November, which requires travellers with a full vaccination schedule to be isolated and have a PCR before the end of the second day after arrival in England. They may leave isolation if their PCR result is negative. Antigen testing will not be accepted. More information here
