España. Incidencia en la línea de tren Madrid – Almería.
Se inicia las obras de mejora en su infraestructura ferroviaria que afectará temporalmente la línea de tren entre Madrid (MAD) y Almería (LEI). Desde el 5 de marzo, y hasta la finalización de las obras prevista para 2026, el tramo entre Huércal-Viátor (a unos 8 km de la estación de Almería) y Almería se realizará por carretera debido a obras para hacer llegar la alta velocidad en la región.
Los servicios afectados incluyen los trenes Media Distancia Granada-Almería y los Intercity Madrid-Almería, que realizarán parte de su trayecto en autobús. La estación de Huércal-Viátor se convertirá en el punto de transferencia obligatorio para los viajeros con destino u origen en Almería. Se informa a los viajeros que, durante este periodo, no se admitirán animales, bicicletas ni tarifas de grupo en el segmento afectado.
– Se aconseja a los viajeros planificar con antelación sus desplazamientos, teniendo en cuenta los cambios temporales en la ruta y los medios de transporte.
– Se recomienda verificar los horarios de salida y llegada, así como las opciones de transporte alternativo disponibles.
Spain. Incident on the Madrid – Almeria train line.
Work begins on the improvement of its railway infrastructure that will temporarily affect the train line between Madrid (MAD) and Almería (LEI). From 5 March, and until the completion of the works scheduled for 2026, the section between Huércal-Viátor (about 8 km from Almería station) and Almería will be by road due to works to bring high-speed rail services to the region.
The affected services include Media Distancia Granada-Almería trains and Intercity Madrid-Almería trains, which will make part of their journey by bus. Huércal-Viátor station will become the obligatory transfer point for passengers travelling to or from Almería. Passengers are informed that, during this period, animals, bicycles and group fares will not be allowed on the affected segment.
