La huelga de los agentes del control aduanero del aeropuerto de Heathrow (LHR), que iba a tener lugar a partir del 11 de abril se ha suspendido.

Este paro había sido convocado por el sindicato de Servicios Públicos y Comerciales (PCS), personal que desempeña un papel muy importante en la seguridad y regulación del flujo de viajeros, efectuando labores de inspección de pasajeros y equipajes, funciones de seguridad y vigilancia así como de control de la documentación.

Esta huelga podría haber provocado retrasos y complicaciones en los procesos de control aduanero, lo que afectaría tanto a los viajeros como a las operaciones de las aerolíneas en Heathrow (LHR).
