A partir del 30 de marzo, España exigirá a los viajeros que lleguen por carretera desde Francia una PCR negativa realizada con 72 horas de antelación. Quedan exentos de esta nueva medida los profesionales del transporte por carretera, los trabajadores transfronterizos y los residentes en zonas fronterizas, en un radio de 30 kilómetros alrededor de su lugar de residencia. Todas las personas, mayores de seis años, procedentes de zonas de riesgo de Francia, que lleguen a España por vía terrestre deberán disponer de una prueba PCR (RT-PCR), una prueba TMA u otro tipo de prueba diagnóstica para SARS-CoV-2 basada en técnicas moleculares equivalentes, con resultado negativo, realizada en las 72 horas previas a la llegada. Desde el pasado 23 de noviembre, ya se exigía a los viajeros que salieran de Francia una PCR negativa con 72 horas de antelación para entrar a España pero sólo por vía aérea o puertos marítimos (a excepción de los menores de seis años).
Actualmente los aeropuertos de Málaga, Sevilla y Madrid han sido los primeros en disponer de una área de recogida de pruebas de coronavirus establecida en su sala de embarque, facilitando el acceso a pruebas PCR y test rápidos de antígenos o anticuerpos antes de coger el vuelo.
Se espera que la iniciativa de Aena, beneficie a los pasajeros que salen de estos aeropuertos, en los casos que se necesite una prueba de un resultado negativo antes de viajar o les permita evitar la cuarentena después de la llegada a su destino.
Los viajeros internacionales pueden obtener sus resultados el mismo día que se les realiza la toma de la muestra. Para test rápidos de antígenos o anticuerpos dispondrán de sus resultados en 15-20 minutos y si se han realizado una PCR obtendrán sus resultados en menos de 12 horas.
Los viajeros deberán llevar consigo sus tarjetas de embarque para acceder al servicio. El área de pruebas se completará con una zona de espera y el proceso se llevará a cabo teniendo en cuenta la privacidad de los pasajeros. Se informará a las autoridades sanitarias regionales pertinentes en caso de que el resultado de la prueba sea positivo.

Málaga, Sevilla and Madrid airports have launched a Covid-19 test service at its departure terminals in which travellers and crew members can undergo PCR and rapid antigen tests before taking their flights.
The airports’ operator, Aena, hopes that the initiative will benefit outgoing passengers who need proof of a negative test result before travelling or allow them to avoid quarantining after arrival.
International travellers can have their sample collected and get their test results on the same day. When taking a Rapid Antigen Test or a Rapid Antibody Test, results will be available in 15-20 minutes, while PCR test results will be sent within 12 hours.Individuals will have to have their boarding passes with them to access the service. The testing area will be complete with a waiting zone, and the process will be carried out with passenger privacy in mind. The relevant regional health authorities will be informed in the case of a positive test result.
