After the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend, 4,000 tube employees go on strike, with transport bosses acknowledging there is still a potential of delays affecting the celebration itself. On the 6th and 7th of June, there will be serious disruptions all day.

Many Underground stations, particularly those in the city center, will be closed completely, and commuters have been advised to stay at home and only travel if absolutely necessary. We anticipate significant delays, which will extend into the morning of Tuesday, June 7th.
