Baleares ampliará los controles de entrada en puertos y aeropuertos de pasajeros de otras comunidades autónomas hasta el 31 de julio.
Así, en el caso de comunidades autónomas o ciudades que tengan una tasa de incidencia acumulada de 14 días superior a 60 casos por 100.000 habitantes, se establecen las siguientes medidas:
- Si los viajeros son residentes y regresan de un viaje de más de 72 horas, deberán someterse, según su elección, a alguna de las siguientes medidas específicas:
– Realización de un PCR o un TMA en las 72 horas previas a la llegada a las Islas Baleares, de forma gratuita siempre que se realice en alguno de los centros homologados por el Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears.
– Realización de una prueba rápida de antígenos (PRAg) en las 48 horas previas a la llegada a las Islas Baleares, de forma gratuita siempre que se realice en uno de los centros autorizados por el Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.

– Realización de una prueba rápida de antígenos en un plazo máximo de 48 horas desde la llegada, en los centros habilitados en las Illes Balears para realizar las pruebas. En este caso, la persona que viaja debe aceptar estar en cuarentena hasta obtener el resultado negativo y enviar el resultado de la prueba a la dirección de correo electrónico que aparece en el sitio web viajarabaleares.ibsalut.es. Si el resultado es positivo, se deberá someter a las instrucciones de la autoridad sanitaria.
– Cuarentena de diez días en su domicilio o lugar de residencia.
La elección de cualquiera de las opciones anteriores debe estar indicada en el cuestionario a cumplimentar antes de viajar a las Islas Baleares o, a la llegada, en el punto de control del puerto o aeropuerto, y tiene, a todos los efectos, la consideración de declaración responsable.
Si se conoce el resultado positivo de las pruebas antes del viaje, este no se podrá realizar, y, si se conoce en Baleares, las personas afectadas deberán someterse a las instrucciones de las autoridades sanitarias y al aislamiento obligatorio.
- Si son no residentes, se aplicarán las medidas sanitarias específicas anteriores, pero el coste de PCR, TMA o prueba rápida de antígenos que se haya realizado en origen o que se sometan a su llegada no correrá en ningún caso por parte del Servicio de Salud.
Quedan exentos de estas obligaciones:
a) Personas que viajen fuera de las Islas Baleares por un período inferior a 72 horas y que declaren, a su regreso y bajo su responsabilidad, que durante este período no han tenido síntomas compatibles con Covid-19.
b) Personas residentes en comunidades autónomas o ciudades con una incidencia acumulada de 14 días en menos de 60 casos por 100.000 habitantes.
c) Los transportistas de carga y tripulaciones de aeronaves y barcos comerciales o mercantes, siempre que declaren, bajo su responsabilidad, que durante este período no han tenido síntomas compatibles con Covid-19 y no han estado en estrecho contacto positivo.
d) Personas menores de seis años.
e) Personas menores de 12 años que, por sentencia judicial entre padres, tengan que desplazarse periódicamente a las Islas Baleares.
f) Personas titulares de un certificado Covid digital de la UE o un documento oficial que acredite que han recibido el calendario de vacunación completo dentro de los ocho meses anteriores al viaje, o al menos una dosis de una vacuna autorizada por la EMA contra Covid-19; en este segundo caso, más de 15 días antes del viaje — dentro de los cuatro meses anteriores, o acreditando con un certificado médico que han transmitido la enfermedad en los últimos seis meses.
Las personas a las que se refieren las letras a), e) y f) también deberán cumplimentar el cuestionario en el punto de control del puerto o aeropuerto antes de viajar o llegar a las Islas Baleares.
Una vez autorizadas las medidas por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, el Acuerdo se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, momento a partir del cual entrará en vigor. Permanecerá vigente hasta la medianoche del 31 de julio.

In the case of autonomous communities or cities that have a cumulative incidence rate of 14 days in excess of 60 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, the following measures are established.
- If the travellers are residents and return from a journey of more than 72 hours, they must undergo, according to their choice, any of the following specific measures:

The list of cities and centres where the Health Service has agreed to carry out the PDIA (PCR and rapid antigen test) can be consulted at www.viajarabaleares.ibsalut.es.
– Carrying out a rapid antigen test within a maximum period of 48 hours after arrival, at the centres set up in the Balearic Islands to carry out the tests. In this case, the person traveling must agree to be in quarantine until he obtains the negative result and send the result of the test to the email address that appears on the website viajarabaleares.ibsalut.es. If the result is positive, it must be submitted to the instructions of the health authority.
– Quarantine of ten days at your home or place of residence.
The choice of any of the above options must be indicated in the questionnaire to be completed before traveling to the Balearic Islands or, on arrival, at the port or airport checkpoint, and has, for all intents and purposes, the consideration of responsible declaration.
If the positive result of the tests is known before the trip, this trip cannot be carried out, and, if it is known in the Balearic Islands, the affected people must submit to the instructions of the health authorities and mandatory insulation.
- If they are non-residents, the above specific health measures apply to them, but the cost of PCR, TMA or rapid antigen testing that has been done at source or that they undergo upon arrival will not be borne in any case by the Service. of Health.
The following are exempt from these obligations:
a) People who travel outside the Balearic Islands for a period of less than 72 hours and who declare, on their return and under their responsibility, that during this period they have not had symptoms compatible with Covid-19.
b) People living in autonomous communities or cities with a cumulative incidence of 14 days in less than 60 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
c) Cargo carriers and crews of commercial or merchant aircraft and ships, provided that they declare, under their responsibility, that during this period they have not had symptoms compatible with Covid-19 and have not been in close contact a positive.
d) People under six years of age.
e) Persons under the age of 12 who, due to a court ruling between parents, have to travel to the Balearic Islands periodically.
f) Persons holding an EU digital Covid certificate or an official document proving that they have received the full vaccination schedule within eight months of travel, or at least one dose of a vaccine authorized by the EMA against Covid-19 —in this second case, more than 15 days before the trip— within the previous four months, or accrediting with a medical certificate that they have passed the disease in the last six months.
The persons referred to in letters a), e) and f) must also fill in the questionnaire at the checkpoint in the port or airport before traveling to or arriving in the Balearic Islands.
Once the measures have been authorized by the Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands, the Agreement will be published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands, from which time it will become effective. It will remain in force until midnight July 31
